Implementation
Because Claimtrust’s products are web-based, absolutely no on-site installation or implementation is required. Whenever your software needs to be updated, we do it for you. Our ASP model allows us to be the most comprehensive and up-to-date solution in the industry.

We are not cookie cutters. Implementation and training are completely tailored to your hospital’s unique needs. To begin implementation, Client Services assesses your hospital to determine what type of implementation will work best. Client Services knows from experience that every hospital has unique strengths and weaknesses which must be addressed. We work with your hospital to address any potential issues and ensure a seamless implementation.

Training
We offer on- and off-site training, at a speed and frequency you prefer. Working in conjunction with your hospital, we prepare customized manuals, assess your staff’s level of knowledge, test the system using live data, and preempt system weaknesses. If your hospital does not have the necessary procedures in place to effectively use our products, we work with you to put them in place. Your staff learns how to effectively use and respond to the system.

Support
We offer 24-hour assistance to help answer all and any questions you may have. If anything is keeping your from processing your claims, we will work with your staff and any other vendor to solve the issue, regardless of the cause. Because Client Services performs Q&A for all products and enhancements, we have an expert understanding of how our products work and how they interact with other vendor’s products.
