With unlimited distribution capability, A|Rmed supports an intra- and extra-facility workflow, as well as multiple distributions of the same item at the same time. When a claim is distributed to multiple staff members, each member’s unique responsibilities are assigned and each individual action is documented.

Claimtrust offers complete control of all issues and errors hospital-wide, and A|Rmed can also route issues externally back into host systems when necessary. If an item needs work within a hospital’s infrastructure, a claim can be stopped, date-stamped, timed, and sent back for rework.

When the A|Rmed Suite finds a claim with a missing line item, it kicks it into the work list so it can be corrected before submission to the payor. But what if the assigned staff member does not have the authority to correct the issue within A|Rmed? In this case, the user has the flexibility to re-route the claim back into the hospital’s HIS so the claim can be fixed there. The claim would be tagged and if A|Rmed did not see the claim again within a pre-set time limit, the user and possibly a supervisor would be alerted. In short, the A|Rmed Suite is extremely configurable and can be customized to fit your hospital’s unique workflow.
