Getting Started
Step One – Accept the contract.
Read the contract (two printed pages) carefully. It indicates that Claimtrust is providing a service at a specified fee.

Step Two – Provide subscriber and practice information
This information will be used on Advanced Beneficiary Notices and Physician Orders, as well as Claimtrust billing.

Step Three – Provide Medessary processing information
You will need to identify your Medicare Part B Carrier and/or Part A Fiscal Intermediary from a drop down list.

Step Four – Provide Medessary processing options
You will tell the application if you wish to display actual fees on the ABN or have a default display of ‘Usual and Customary Fees Apply’.

Step Five – Receive your Username and Password
After the set-up is complete the system will automatically e-mail your Username and Password.
