Claimtrust, Inc. acquires Revenue Enhancement Strategies

Fort Lauderdale, FL and Boston, MA – Claimtrust, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent, web-based applications for hospitals nationwide, and Revenue Enhancement Strategies, Inc. (RES), a leading provider of financial, administrative, and clinical healthcare consulting for New England hospitals, announced today that the two companies have signed a definitive agreement under which Claimtrust will acquire RES.
