ClaimTrust Welcomes Two New Executives to Its Team
Murfreesboro, Tennessee, March 3, 2009…ClaimTrust Inc., a leading provider of revenue cycle tools and services for hospitals, has announced that it has added two executives to its management team: Jay Roche as vice president of sales, and Jeff Bailey as the vice president of client services. The two vice presidents are joining ClaimTrust at a crucial time when the company is expanding and re-architecting its product offerings as it continues to make its mark as a leader in hospital revenue cycle solutions and services.
Mr. Roche joins ClaimTrust having held various executive positions over the past 25 years in the healthcare industry. He brings to ClaimTrust extensive experience in sales and team management with a focus in the areas of PACS, CPOE, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management, resource management, and web portals for physicians and health plans. Most recently, Mr. Roche spent 15 years at McKesson/HBOC in sales and management where he served as regional vice president with a primary focus on hospital and payor technology sales. Prior to this position, Mr. Roche worked in product management and decision support at Global Software. Mr. Roche received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Boston College.
Mr. Bailey brings to his new role the type of extensive experience in high-quality, personalized service that ClaimTrust is known for in the revenue cycle industry. Prior to joining ClaimTrust, Mr. Bailey was the vice president of operations for the provider-side of Emdeon Business Services where he was responsible for product implementation, account management, and support services. Additionally, he has over 20 years of change management experience in senior leadership roles for both LM Ericsson Inc. and Comdata/Ceridian. Mr. Bailey is a certified HIPAA Security Professional (CSHP) and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Mr. Bailey received his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.
