To begin implementation, Client Services assesses your hospital to determine what type of implementation will work best. We know from experience that every hospital has unique strengths and weaknesses which must be addressed. We work with your hospital to address any potential issues and ensure a seamless implementation.

Training

We offer on- and off-site training, at a speed and frequency you prefer. Working in conjunction with your hospital, we prepare excellent documentation, test the system using live data, and preempt system weaknesses. If your hospital does not have the necessary procedures or protocols in place, we work with you to develop processes. Your staff learns how to effectively operate the system and gains the optimal benefit of the purchased product.

Industry experts at your call. We offer 24-hour assistance to help answer all and any questions you may have. If anything is keeping you from processing your claims, we will work with your staff and any other vendor to solve the issue. Client Services performs QA for all products and enhancements and we have an expert understanding of how our products work and how they interact with other vendor’s products.
