Duties: This position provides support for our web-based software applications. These applications are developed using technologies including Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MSSQL, VB 6.0, ASP 2.0, XML, JavaScript, Crystal Reports, VBScript, and Visual Source Safe.
Our systems provide support to the healthcare industry for insurance compliance prescreening, insurance compliance claims processing, and projecting payment reimbursement amounts.
Requirements: You should have a Computer Science degree and at least one year of experience as a developer or analyst. You must have experience with Visual Basic and writing SQL scripts and stored procedures.
You must have experience working within the product development cycle through a multi-tier development environment. You should work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and be able to multitask.
You must live in the Nashville area—this position is out of our Murfreesboro, TN office.
We prefer, but do not require, knowledge of HTML, COM, IIS, and the healthcare industry insurance claims processing formats such as UB92, HCFA 1500, UB4, and X12-837.

Compliance Analyst
Duties: This position will ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the healthcare and banking industry. You will ensure compliance for our automated clinical and financial information processing, as well as perform business analyses and investigations for senior management.
You will ensure that all files and documents are updated and compliant with all policies. You will work with many departments including internal management, regulatory, I.T., and sales to ensure complete documentation of all compliance policies and procedures. This position does not make or interpret compliance policy—that will be left to senior management.
You will maintain work papers and prepare client bulletins and communications to ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and service-level agreements. Ensuring compliance will entail examining and analyzing records, reports, and operating practices, formulating a plan of action, reviewing reference materials, and collecting data. You will provide documentation and present information to management via presentations and audit wrap-up sessions.
In addition to the compliance work, senior management will require periodic analyses and presentation of various data, merchants, customers and banks.
Requirements: You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, work well with others, and have an outstanding command of spoken and written English.

Duties: You will act as the project leader with accountability for the overall delivery of our solutions to our customers, with an emphasis on exceeding the customers’ needs and expectations.
This position is responsible for the following:
- Schedule appropriate Claimtrust and customer resources, including customer contractor as needed.
- Ensure solution delivery on time and on budget.
- Ensure business results as expected by customer.
- Meet metrics, baselines, and targets.
- Monitor and report metrics by developing and ensuring execution of communication plans.
- Meet metrics targets and timeliness.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the knowledgebase of the Project Management practice by development of marketing (product) tools, standard work plans, implementation tools, etc.
- Responsible for managing client relationships at a senior level on an engagement.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. You need at least four years of project management experience working in a multi-disciplinary area in the healthcare revenue cycle, such as product support or installation experience. This position requires 25% nationwide travel.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will be driven to exceed the customers’ needs and project goals while leading a successful team. Specific knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle product and service offerings is preferred but not required.

Junior Network Technician
Duties: Your responsibilities include maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. You will assist our Sr. Network Engineer with all aspects of maintaining a high-availability network.
Requirements: You must be certified as an MCSA for WinX Professional or Network +.
You must also be able to document, maintain, upgrade and replace hardware and software systems, and be able to research problems as needed to resolve support issues.
The right candidate must be able to articulate issues in both oral and written communications, and have a broad-based knowledge of PC troubleshooting, repair, and customer service skills, as well as an ability to meet deadlines.
Position may require candidate to be "available" 24x7 to troubleshoot network/server outages. All additional experience with desktops, servers, printers, network peripherals, and network infrastructure is a plus.
